At Draxylonoeghorix, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions and process for returning ActiFlow products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or initiating a return.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
- The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed condition
- The product must be in its original packaging with all labels intact
- You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase
2.1 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
- Products that show signs of misuse, damage, or tampering
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
- Gift cards or promotional items
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer support team at customer@draxylonoeghorix.world with your order number, the reason for the return, and your contact information.
- Step 2: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Step 4: Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Do not send products back without first obtaining an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:
- A defective or damaged product received
- An incorrect product shipped
- An error on our part
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
5.1 Inspection
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to verify that it meets the return eligibility criteria. This inspection process typically takes 3–5 business days.
5.2 Refund Approval
If the return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval
- The refund amount will include the product price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed
5.3 Refund Denial
If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will notify you by email with the reason for the denial. In this case, you may request that the product be shipped back to you at your expense.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described on our Website:

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at our discretion
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as there is often a processing delay

9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled without charge if the cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
